The Most Reverend Don Tamihere is the Bishop of Te Tairawhiti.

Bishop Don was ordained as the 2nd Bishop of Tairawhiti on 11 March, 2017, at Waiomatatini Marae, in the Waiapu Valley.

Bishop Don is also Bishop of Aotearoa, and is one of the Church's co-leaders as Archbishop and Primate / Pihopa Matamua of the Anglican Church in Aotearoa-NZ & Polynesia.
